The hamlet of Le Monal became the first classified site in the Savoy with the passing of the 22/07/1987 decree.
Built in the sixteenth century, this family chalet, set in 2.5 acres of land, has been carefully restored by myself.

A piece of history and an architectural treasure, this mountain refuge is in a truly exceptional setting which boasts a wide array of plants, minerals, fauna and flora and the footprints of an ancient civilisation from former Savoy.
All this only a short distance from the largest ski area in the world.
